covered, now we've a DCC, IOW a proper BCC, the addresses don't need to
be stripped to provide a `To: Undisclosed-recipients: ;'. Though it
would need `I know the modern way' option as otherwise existing practice
would disclose the recipients.

If someone can come up with a reasonable way to implement NOT blinding the
group recipients, then by all means please do so.
