[nmh-workers] The neatmail MUA.

Hi,

I came across https://github.com/aligrudi/neatmail#readme from knowing
about the author's re-implementation of troff and thought its design
might be of interest to the list, e.g. it seems one gets a scan listing
and annotates it with actions.
