Does anyone have a good (or even passable) way to write
an mhl format file description which will do something
sane (not just ignore) fields which are annotations added by anno ?
They appear as a pair of fields (for each annotation)
one containing the annotation text (typically a list
of addresses) and the other containing the date.
The field name is the same for both, and there can
be many such annotations, using the same, or different,
field names.
About their only other defining feature is that they
precede all other fields in the message (even the return-path
field).
