We should await a reponse from Matt on the letter issue. i
know he has been on the West coast this week, and may be a bit behind
on mail.
As for the ICA role, I am rewriting 1114 to reflect the
results of the PEM WG meetings and hope to get a revised draft out
before the next IETF meeting.
