I'm sorry to hear that the expansion of the acronym ICA causes
problems for the ISOC. SInce we really want to have the ISOC operate
this service, I guess we will have to make a change. Of course, as
Rob pointed out, the name derives from the CCITT/ISO defintion of CA
and that is the function being performed by the ICA. Nonetheless, I'm
sure we can adopt some other name that is suitably suggestive of the
role but which avoids connotations which cause heartburn for your
counsel. Yes, any change of this sort will require some editing of
the text of 1114, but that is not an impossible task. How about
Internet Policy Registration Authority (IPRA)?
