I thought your answer was pretty good. Now, I think the PEM WG needs to consider in the March meeting in Columbus whether the procedures that the ISOC is mandating for PCAs and their CAs are necessary and sufficient. Meanwhile, people who are hard over on the "alignment" of PEM with the NADF registration rules really do need to reed 1422 (and maybe 1424) and tell us what they think needs to be put in there to accomplish that alignment economically.
