Unfortunately, I won't be at the March IETF to discuss this in open session.
I'd say the only changes are to suggest (strongly) that the NADF rules are
worth applying as opposed to someother registration authority's.  And I suggest
this because that's the way current X.500 thinking is running.  Obviously, I'm
not in a position to force the issue (nor do I want to be!).
