PEM

I recently read that free software implementing the basics of the Internet PEM 
standard was available, and that I could get more information by mailing to 
this address. I am interested in learning as much as I can about all the 
privacy tools currently available, so any additional information about PEM and 
tools that implement it would be very helpful to me. Could you send me more 
information?
