PEM RFCs in PS

Dear Mr. Schneider:

I would like to inform you that we have the four PEM RFC
documents in PostScript form. We are distributing them to
our customers, together with the COST-PEM documentation.

If you want, I may send you the PS form of the four PEM RFCs.

P.S.: If there are other intersted people on the pem-dev
      list, I may submit them to the list.
