This is devolving into simple argument, which wastes everyone's time.
There are those who will apparently deny to their dying breath that any
significant portion of the people here disagree with them. Others feel
that flames are acceptable, wanting in one case to bring back the
pillory. Let's inject a little reality: flames are intended to cut off
discussion. They make it tough for both the readers and the flamer to
think clearly.
With this environment of course progress slows to a crawl. I haven't got
the time to wait. The deep disagreements have been stated. If a group
here manages to plow ahead with PEM despite fundamental flaws, the market
will express its opinion.
I'm unsubscribing and switching the time to more useful purposes. I may
resubscribe every few months to see whether anything has finally happened.
