Organizational Agents

I was looking at the roleOccupant definition (it is multivalued), so one *can*
have multiple occupants.  ECMA has a role attribute too, but that's relative
to the system/application, not the organization.  So yet another name is
needed.  The attributes would appear in the OIW Implementors Agreements (which
are available from NIST in hard or softcopy), and there's also a mailing list
(secsig(_at_)udel(_dot_)edu).
