a little late, but:
as I will be giving a talk about Pem at the Austro-Hungarian Conference on
Thursday, I'd like to be able to give some facts about availability of Pem-
software, either commercial or non, in Europe. Could anybody who knows of
some sofware products available or under construction please send me a note
(urgently)!!!
I know only of SECUDE and COST-Pem.
