        You raise an interesting question about the scope of this WG
and discussion of broader certification topics.  While I am personally
interested in such topics, I think it would be best to keep them
separate from the PEM discussion.  Why don't you check with Cliff
Neuman, the chair of the authorization and access control WG to see if
he would like to host such discussions under the ageis of that WG.
