If someone claims to have read a particular document, but shows
no indicatio of having done so (i.e., asks questions which
are specifically addressed in it), one can only conclude that
either they have not, in fact, read the document or they are too
stupid to understand the answer.
Or the document is too obtusely written to understandable!
Or is written for the people that need to understand it. Most tend to be
geared for those that are actually implementing it. People that are only
looking for bedtime reading should wait until there is a reason to broaden
the scope of the documents and watch quietly in the meantime.
