Re: Recommendations for DirectoryString character set

I have been justifiably reprimanded by Marshall Rose
for including the NADF list address in correspondence
sent to PEM.

If you have comments on my suggestion, please send them
to me and/or PEM as you see fit, but please delete the 
other CCs to spare me further embarrassment.

I will try to summarize the most relevant comments
after the discussion thread (if any) peters out.
