Request for more info on PEM

          I am interested in the Privacy Enhanced Mail, PEM.  I would 
          appreciate you sending me more information.
          
          We have field offices in CIS countries such as Moldova, Armenia, 
          etc. 
          
          Can I use PEM in the countries mentioned ?
