Laws by fiat are stupid. Drawing no conclusiions yet tempered by

Don't try to solve problems that are only imagined. Doubt is your friend.
Yet never allow doubt to delay action.
By fiat, whatever a programmer stores as content shall be searchable
and printable by default. It's all real.
