Normalization (D, KD) covers decomposition. Or is this about something
else?

The Unicode::Decompose module description says

    This module implements Unicode normalization forms D and C. 

This is what Unicode::Normalize::normalize( D => ... | C => ... ) would
do. If it does canonical composition, ::Decompose is a rather bad name,
isn't it?
