Kansha Kangeki! Following the 1.11 release, I have started working on
Unihan-3.2.0 itself and found it has only raw reference to JISX0213 as
J3 and J4. EUC is no problem but I was not sure if the wierd JISX ->
SJIS mapping rule works on SJIS2k.
Will be used should Encode::JISX0213 or Encode::JIS2k be released.
