A confused newbie

I am receiving a lot of junk mail from xxx(_at_)yyy(_dot_)com .  How do i 
bounce back all
his mail at him without even receiving it in my mailbox. I am a total newbie to
procmail.  So Please be kind. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

P.S: It would be fine if Mr.xxx's mail bounced back at  him about a dozen times
or so.
