procmail and xlbiff: No mail

Hi!

I am running both procmail and xlbiff, and it seems to me that they
compete in an unorderly manner.

The only annoyance to me is that I often get xlbiff to inform me of
the arrival of a new mail by briefly declaring it as "No mail", and
only then, correcting the author and subject.

Is there any known cure to this cosmetic error?
