Bouncing mail that's too big...

I recall some time ago somebody posting a nice little recipe for bouncing 
back mail that is over X MB in size.  Not only did it formail out the 
return headers, but it added a nice little statement about why the mail 
was bouncing and included a (small) portion of the original message so 
that the recipient of the bounce could identify what bounced.

Any chance of posting that one again before I set about recreating it?
