My apologies...I am a bit new at procmail.... I have been trying to
filter mail from certain people into their respective folders. I have
been partially successful in that I get the mail I want into the folders
I want. The only problem I have is that I get 23 copies of every piece
of mail I want into that folder! Any suggestions? This is what I have
written in my rc.maillists:

It appears that you're forwarding the message back to yourself,
where it then gets dropped into the folder again, and forwarded
again... I suppose it will eventually stop when enough "Received:"
lines make sendmail think that it's a loop (which it is). If you
just want the mail to go to into your normal box as well as the
other folder, then you should just say something like this:

:0 c
* ^From.*rinder
Christopher
