One scenario growing ever more popular is Netscape users who can't
figure out how many clicks on a button it takes to send off a message.
If that is your problem, you get exactly identical messages, except
for the Message-ID (and you'd only have to hash those messages which
have X-Mailer: Mozilla :-)
