Hi!
It becomes a nightmare - my autoresponder sent back all mail to the procmail
mailing-list to their senders
(someone of you noticed me - thank you!)
Now the problem:
I pick up my mail with following line:
:0
* ^To: mj
! .........
The problem is, that the "To:"-field contains
"procmail(_at_)informatik(_dot_)rwth-aachen(_dot_)de", so the mail cannot be
filtered. What lines do i have to use to look on the envelope, so that this
mail would be correctly forwarded?
Then the next problem: This WAS (i disabled it temporarily ´til the problem is
definitively fixed!) my
Autoresponder, which sent back the mail if the address is unknown (catch-all at
the end of procmailrc):
Mailadresse konnte nicht gefunden werden - Hinweis an den Sender
:0
* !^FROM_DAEMON
* !^X-Loop: webmaster(_at_)cycos(_dot_)com
| (formail -k -r \
-i "Reply-To: <webmaster(_at_)cycos(_dot_)com>" \
-i "From: <webmaster(_at_)cycos(_dot_)com>" \
-i "Subject: Address unknown" \
-A"X-Loop: webmaster(_at_)cycos(_dot_)com" ; \
cat /www02/web/cycosc/unknown.txt) | $SENDMAIL -t
Because of the line "* !^FROM_DAEMON" the responder should NOT respond to mail
from mailing-lists. Why does it
not work?
Last thing: I want to quote the original mail address to the responded mail,
like this
Your mail to EXAMPLE(_at_)DOMAIN(_dot_)COM have not been delivered, because.....
How do i get the original receiver-address (which is unknown in this case) to
the responder-message?
Thank you for help, and sorry for the wrong responded mail!
Marco
