The expansions of tokens are given in the procmailrc(5) man page.
Stephen has decided to call such things as ^TO, ^TO_, ^FROM_DAEMON, and
^FROM_MAILER "tokens" rather than "macros". I'm being picky about it
because functions or other things that might be termed "macros" may be
part of procmail in the future. Then, when someone says "macro" to
mean (function|token) and someone who reads it thinks "macro" means
(token|function) there can be a lot of confusion and misunderstanding.
