formail -A should automatically replace the header field. I just wonder
why it doesn't work with Message-ID:
E.g., formail -A "Subject: my subject" replaces the subject line, even if
there is a subject.
Furthermore, I don't realy need the message ID for the complete digest, I
just don't want it to end up in the ID cache I use for detecting
duplicate messages (as it is possible that it's the same one as the last
message in the digest).
