What permissions should I have my account set to when I use procmail?
Normally, your home directory should be world-readable, as well as your
.forward file.
However, on `my' system (HP-UX), sendmail runs with root privileges, and
my .forward is only readable by me. My home directory is world readable,
but that is because the finger deamon does not have root privileges.

No, you can't take it. No, you can't take it.
No, you can't take that away from me.
Head like a hole, black as your soul.
I'd rather die than give you control.
Bow down before the one you serve.
You're going to get what you deserve.
