This isn't Procmail stuff -- this is the mail client being used.

3) How can I reply such that the recipient finds it impossible to trace the
email ( which headers do i modify ? )

This isn't within the scope of the Procmail list.  And besides, unless you
go through other mail servers (different computers), you'll find it very
difficult to actually mask the origin of your message all that effectively.
