mail filtering on NT?

Does anybody know how one can do procmail like filtering on NT 4.0?

I know there are commercial sendmail ports available and I was just
wondering exactly how procmail would need to change to support these
ports. I think these ports support .forward files.

Has anybody researched this any better?

It would be nice if Netscape had the ability to do this via it's pop
interface.
