Hi.
This question is only semi-procmail related, but I (and others)
parse on the "From_" header (the one without ":").
A mailing list I own has apparently upgraded, and the "From_"
headers have changed:
An "old" one:
From owner-gs-l(_at_)VM(_dot_)EGE(_dot_)EDU(_dot_)TR Tue Oct 29 20:35:21 1996
A "new" one:
From <@listserv.gmd.de:owner-gs-l(_at_)VM(_dot_)EGE(_dot_)EDU(_dot_)TR> Sun
Nov 17 18:52:12 1996
The two "@" signs in the "new" version disturb me, because they
could mess up parsing. Are they "legal"?
I suspect this has to do with listserv 1.8c coming out of beta,
but I'm not sure.
TIA,
Stan Ryckman (stanr(_at_)tiac(_dot_)net)
