Actually it's not all that hard. you just need to add one line
for the recipies, like this:

* ^TOmarco
| formail -i "Subject: Mail for Marco"
! mpact(_at_)aa(_dot_)net
That will change the subject to "Mail for whoever" and change the
current subject field to a field called Old-Subject:.
