From_ is the SMTP envelope From.
From: is the mail header From.
They don't have to match, but they often do.
Procmail will pay attention to both. You should be able to see
either/both by turning on "Full" headers in your mail reader, or by
just reading the Unix mail file. Also, a From_ line deliniates
messages in the Unix mailbox format.
To have ProcMail pay attention to From: and not From_, use
:0
