Well, I can tell you one thing, this will send a COPY of the
message to /dev/null.
However, you don't need to worry about this. Don't use a 'c' in
the last recipe you want this message to go through, and that will
take care of the original message.
HOWEVER, won't you want a record of the messages received about
these "cases"?
