Sending Email through SMS

Hi y'all,

Here is a tough one I wasn't able to solve myself and I'll gladly hear any suggestions :
I'd like to automatically send certain emails through the SMS. For those who don't understant what SMS is, it's a Small Message System used to send small messages to GSM cellular phones directly. It's great and very cheap (sometimes even free) but it only accepts up to 160 characters per message !

So here is what I'd like :
To be able to split emails in no longer than 160 characters long messages, to add to each split the subject and the split number versus the total number of splits (ie. Procmail #1/5) and to send them all to a certain email address (that'll convert those messages to SMS).
It'd also be nice if it could figure out whether there are some attached files in the mail (such as images, bundles, applications, ...) and not send them.
