On recipes that don't deliver to a file, there is no need for a local
lockfile. With the colon following ':0' you told procmail to lock
anyway. Lose that colon and the warning will cease.
(The diagnostic indicates that there was no filename in the action line
that procmail could use as the basis for producing a "filename.lock"
lockfile.)
