Maybe your ISP doesn't use sendmail. You should talk to them to find
out how you can send your mail through procmail.

procmail <test-file

test-file contains a message in internet format, e.g.:
From foo(_at_)bar
To: someone
Subject: something

This is the message body.

Note: remove the `>' before the first from. Grab a message from your
standard inbox for more examples.
