Qmail & Procmail

We use qmail ( http://pobox.com/~djb/qmail.html  )
whic is quite different from sendmail.

I would like to execute a bunch of filtering and
at the end of each block a command

e.g.

[
if this do that 
if this do that
]
if none of the previous block conditions do this


[new block
if this do that 
if this do that
]
if none of the previous block conditions do this

IS that possible ??

also how do I get to use qmail to forward my mail 
via procmail ???
