Procmail is very effective for the directory tree of users on my system.
My problem arises from the fact that I keep getting 0 byte files for the
user's id in /var/mail. Unfortunately this will cause the /var/mail
directory to grow to an unacceptable size (In excess of 50,000 files 0
byte
files).
Is there anyway to change the System mailbox??? Am I missing a rule set
or do I need to hack the code?
Check out config.h on procmails up to 3.11per4, and src/authenticate.c
on procmails after that. There you can change where each user's system
mailbox is by altering a #define or two.
