Hello. I'm having trouble getting sendmail to pipe messages to procmail. The
Mprog line in sendmail.cf looks ok, and my .forward looks like this:
\landers, "|exec /usr/bin/procmail #landers"
When sendmail tries to pipe to the procmail program, it bounces with the
following diagnostic:
----- Transcript of session follows -----
Cannot exec '/bin/sh -c' errno=2
554 "|exec /usr/bin/procmail #landers"... Service unavailable
This looks like procmail is not in /usr/bin/procmail, however, I can type
/bin/sh -c "/usr/bin/procmail -v"
on the command line and it works just fine. Anyone have any ideas?
