The first one is procmail digest vol 97 number 106, which contains
the table of contents, which I don't want, and the first six messages,
which interestingly enough, include 1/2 of my last post to this list.

The second one is only this:

Both this as the next one look like procmail.log entries that got mailed
to you.  The only things I can think of that you should check for would
be a) do you ever use $LOGFILE in a recipe, and b) do you ever misuse the
'f' flag?
