Is there a way to burst MIME digests (like those generated by SmartList)
without using the "-d" flag. The problem is that the "-d" doesn't seem
to take advantage of MIME-tagging, so it breaks when people (relying on
MIME-tagging) insert sample-mails inside their mails.
What's wrong with feeding it to a real true MIME decoder?
