Envelope with non-root procmail

Evening!

   I checked over the archives, and there was some discussion on making the
envelope available to procmail. All of the methods seem to require root
access.

    Am I correct in assuming there is no way for a non-root user to get
ahold of the envelope from within procmail? (Some of us on virtual servers
simply can't run as root.)

   Please respond to me directly; I will summarize for the list.
