A simple recipe to filter on obviously bogus IP numbers should have
caught this one.

I've seen this wayne_bobbit line on a few spams before, too. 

The SPAM-L list has kind of emerged into a list about forged headers
(although you see a lot of other discussion there too -- the list is
quite active) so you might want to subscribe if you want to discuss
these things. Another promising start-up seems to be the NoCem-E
initiative -- I haven't had the time to check it out in practice, but
