This is not an anti-spam group per se, but a rather interesting
approach at battling spam. When you come up with a good spam filter,
you can PGP sign it and send it to a mailing list, and the folks on
that list can have their software automatically update their own
filters if they trust you, or look at the recipe and add it only when
they've approved. Like I said, I haven't tested this in practice yet,
but I think I will.
