I have built upon NoCeM-E (by Don Doumakes) to create NoCeM-E
v0.7beta, a spam filter setup.
Don is very busy and will probably incorporate most of my changes, but
in the meantime it would maybe be a good idea to find some people to
test it out.
You need procmail for it to run. And you need PGP to get automatic
filter changes.
If there are people who want to beta-test this setup, mail me.
