Looks like you are using csh (ugh) and have interactive stuff in your
.cshrc. You should always set SHELL=/bin/sh in your .procmailrc,
particularly if you are stuck with some braindead C shell. In order to
avoid problems with other programs too (rsh and friends for one
thing), move the offending commands from your .cshrc to your .login
(or better yet trade up to ksh or bash if you can).
