help: procmail/sendmail rules

1997-07-25 13:57:00
Hi,

I am new to procmail and I am trying out a filter as outlined in the
examples from procmail man.

$ procmail -v
procmail v3.11pre7 1997/04/28 written and created by Stephen R. van den
Berg
                                                        <srb(_at_)cuci(_dot_)nl>

Submit questions/answers to the procmail-related mailinglist by sending
to:
        <procmail(_at_)informatik(_dot_)rwth-aachen(_dot_)de>

And of course, subscription and information requests for this list to:
        <procmail-request(_at_)informatik(_dot_)rwth-aachen(_dot_)de>

Locking strategies:     dotlocking, fcntl(), lockf()
Default rcfile:         $HOME/.procmailrc
Your system mailbox:    /var/spool/mail/gzzr

ruleset 0 of sendmail.cf:

#procmail
Rgzzr<@lanl.gov.>       $#procmail $@/etc/procmailrcs/scan.rc
$:gzzr(_at_)lanl(_dot_)gov(_dot_)pr
ocmail
R$*<@$*.procmail>$* $1<@$2>$3 already filtered, map back

and

Mprocmail,      P=/usr/bin/procmail, F=lsDFMAw5:/|@qSPfhn9g, S=11, R=21,
                T=DNS/RFC822/X-Unix,
                A=procmail -m $h $g $u

/etc/procmailrcs/scan.rc:
:0 c
proc_test

:0
! -oi -f "$@"

When I do:

/usr/lib/sendmail -oQ/tmp -v gzzr(_at_)lanl(_dot_)gov
test
