I may have missed this answer when I didn't need it, so please bear with
me.
It seems we now have smrsh (a restricted shell for sendmail on our
hpux10.X) which severely limits the commands that can be run using
"|program" syntax. It also rejects any commands with the characters \, <,
, |, ;, &, $, (, ), etc, some of which are used in my .forward. Since I
get hundreds of messages a day, I am kinda worried that testing procmail
against smrsh will result in many bounced messages.
So my question is, will I be able to run procmail with smrsh and has
anyone figured out how to do so? I guess, as messages roll in too fast to
take care of, I would ask "Please Help!" Thanks!
