Just one comment on Michael Stone's response
to my group mail forwarding recipe.

This seems to be a matter of controversy and taste. Some people
swear up and down that the Reply-To for a mailing list should
definitely be set to the mailing list address. Some people swear
equally up and down that it should definitely be set to that of the
submitter. I am of the former opinion. I subscribe to different
lists, and some do it one way and some the other. There seems to
be no pleasing everybody on this issue. Some swear by a certain way
of doing things, and some swear at it.
I did it the way I did for a reason: some of the people who might
be receiving mail with this forwarder are email greenhorns. (Even
worse than me.) Setting the Reply-To the way I did makes it more
likely, I think, that if they want a reply to go back to the discussion
group, it may get there despite their naive fumbling.
